I am deeply honored and thrilled to serve as your Superintendent. As we embark on this new chapter together, I want to express my heartfelt commitment to building upon the strong foundation laid by our dedicated team of educators, staff, and community partners.
Our district's strength lies in our collaborative spirit and shared vision for excellence. Bonsall Unified, established in 1895, has a long, rich tradition of providing high-quality teaching and learning for our students. Building upon this tradition, we've worked together over the past few years to develop the BUSD Framework for the Future – our North Star that guides our decision-making and priorities. This framework, co-constructed with input from students, parents, educators, support staff, and administrators, defines our vision and our mission:

MISSION: We empower all students to thrive in a positive, safe, and supportive environment through high-quality education focused on the whole learner.
As we move forward, I am excited to deepen our commitment to the core values outlined in our framework: Service, Innovation, Collaboration, and Integrity. These principles will continue to drive our efforts in creating transformative educational experiences for all students.
